Rights to Photos:
Clients have rights over all images and recordings once they are delivered. They are able to use them however they please without altering the original image in any way. Clients understand that CMBArtistry has the right to use the images for the website & promotional use. An additional charge of $450 provides clients with the full rights to the photographs. Without this purchase, CMBArtistry has the right to use all photos, and recordings for web, social media, & promotional use.
